PAYMENT:
PAYPAL, CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD, UK CHEQUES or POSTAL ORDER.
NOTE: PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 7 EXTRA DAYS FOR DELIVERY OF GOODS PAID FOR BY CHEQUE.

TELEPHONE ORDERS AND ORDERS SENT BY POST ARE SUBJECT TO A £20 MINMUM.

ORDERS SENT BY POST MUST INCLUDE  AN EMAIL ADDRESS AND A PHONE NUMBER.  

PAYPAL PAYMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO USE OF CONFIRMED DELIVERY ADDRESSES HELD ON FILE BY PAYPAL UNLESS PRIOR TO PURCHASE ARRANGEMENTS ARE AGREED.

DISPATCH OF GOODS
DISPATCH IS NORMALLY 2 TO 5 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF SECURED FUNDS. TO AVOID EXTRA CHARGES BUYERS REQUIRING SPECIAL DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS MUST CONTACT US PRIOR TO PURCHASE.

All items are dispatched asap.

Your item/s is held in a queue and sent out on a first come first served basis normally within 2 to 5 working days - as listed. An upgrade from economy to priority delivery might be available. The priority dispatch service  is in place to help buyers requiring urgent dispatch.

In order to avoid queue jumping and the subsequent delay to buyers who have paid  for the  standard economy dispatch the  priority service handles  dispatch  separately and  provides  a personalised service to buyers outside of those listed. Quotes for this service are available on request and vary according to buyer’s individual needs.

ROYAL MAIL SMALL PACKAGES NOT DELIVERED WITHIN 4 WORKING DAYS REQUIRES CONTACTING US FOR A TRACKING NUMBER AND A VISIT TO YOUR LOCAL SORTING OFFICE TO MAKE ENQUIRES. PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED TO VISIT YOUR SORTING OFFICE AS THEY ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT TELEPHONE ENQUIRIES. IF UNABLE TO RECEIVE A POSITVE  EXPLANATION AS TO THE WHEREABOUTS OF YOUR PACKAGE PHONING 0845 7740740 AND SPEAKING TO AN ACTUAL ROYAL MAIL AGENT WITH THE  TIME AND DATE OF THE SORTING OFFICE VISIT AND THE NAME OF THE PERSON YOU SPOKE TO WILL INIATE A FORMAL ENQUIRY.

Delivery of overseas items may need to be arranged by the buyer. Courier and freight agents can be recommended by the seller on request. All responsibility  for the item/s is in the hands of the buyer including  any damage sustained during transit, airport holdups etc. It is recommended that the delivery agent crates the item for shipment and an insurance cover for the item is taken up with the shipping agent.
The seller accepts no responsibility for the item/s once the item has been collected.
The item/s should be collected by the courier/freight agents and inspected by them to insure the item is in good order before sending on to the buyer. Size & weight of the package can be estimated but may differ when the item/s are packaged and made ready for collection.

GOODS IN U.K.TRANSIT:
ITEMS DELIVERED BY COURIER OFTEN HAVE STANDARD TRANSIT INSURANCE COVER OF £50. FURTHER COVER UP TO £500 MAY BE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST FOR AN EXTRA CHARGE. IF COVER IS A CONCERN CHECK WITH US BEFORE PURCHASE. PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THAT CERAMICS AND GLASS ARE NOT INSURABLE WHILE IN TRANSIT BY ANY COURIERS
LARGER ITEMS ARE PACKED IN STURDY BOXES AND DAMAGE IS RARE BUT BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY. BUYERS ARE ADVISED TO PURCHASE ONLY IF ABLE TO FULLY INSPECT THE GOODS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT AS MOST COURIERS REQUIRE NOTIFICATION OF TRANSIT DAMAGE WITHIN THIS TIMESCALE.

RETURNS:
READ DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY. AGREED EXCHANGE OF GOODS ARE SUBJECT TO POSTAGE AND HANDLING CHARGES. CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENTS TO ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHARGES

WHEN CONSUMERS EXERCISE THEIR RIGHT TO CANCEL THEY ARE UNDER A DUTY TO TAKE RESONABLE CARE OF THE GOODS AND RESTORE THEM TO THE SUPPLIER IN THE CONDITION RECEIVED. REFUNDS WILL BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF RETURNED GOODS
