ORDERS SENT BY POST MUST INCLUDE  AN EMAIL ADDRESS AND A PHONE NUMBER.  

PAYPAL PAYMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO USE OF CONFIRMED DELIVERY ADDRESSES HELD ON FILE BY PAYPAL UNLESS PRIOR TO PURCHASE ARRANGEMENTS ARE AGREED.

Your item/s is held in a queue and sent out on a first come first served basis normally within 2 to 5 working days - as listed. An upgrade from economy to priority delivery might be available. The priority dispatch service  is in place to help buyers requiring urgent dispatch.

In order to avoid queue jumping and the subsequent delay to buyers who have paid  for the  standard economy dispatch the  priority service handles  dispatch  separately and  provides  a personalized service to buyers outside of those listed. Quotes for this service are available on request and vary according to buyer’s individual needs.

IT IS SOMETIMES NECESSARY TO DISMANTLE LARGER ITEMS TO FACILITATE DELIVERY. RE-ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT PROVIDED BUT IT SHOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM FOR A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN WHOSE SERVICES ARE RECOMMENDED TO REASSEMBLE, TEST AND INSTALL VINTAGE ELECTRICAL ITEMS
PRIOR TO DISPATCH ITEMS ARE INSPECTED WITH PARTICULAR ATTENTION GIVEN TO SAFETY. PARTS WHERE NECESSARY ARE REPLACED

PACKAGES RETURNED TO US AS “ADDRESS NOT FOUND” , "GONE AWAY" , DUE TO NON COLLECTION FROM THE SORTING OFFICE, ADDRESS INACCESSIBLE ETC.,  ARE SUBJECT TO EXTRA POSTAL CHARGES.

 
Contact the post office/ courier sorting office to investigate whereabouts of package/s  not delivered within 4 days of dispatch.  
Contact the seller  if enquiries are not satisfactory.
Reported undelivered items are allowed 14 working days for the return to seller.

IF UNABLE TO RECEIVE A POSITIVE  EXPLANATION AS TO THE WHEREABOUTS OF YOUR PACKAGE PHONE 0845 7740740 AND SPEAKING TO AN ACTUAL ROYAL MAIL AGENT WITH THE  TIME AND DATE OF THE SORTING OFFICE VISIT AND THE NAME OF THE PERSON YOU SPOKE TO WILL INITIATE A FORMAL ENQUIRY.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY:
IS SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM ORDER OF £20 (Excluding shipping) AND SHIPPING COSTS NEED TO BE AGREED IN ADVANCE. THESE WILL DEPEND ON THE SIZE AND WEIGHT OF THE PACKAGE AND THE COUNTRY INVOLVED. IF NO COST HAS BEEN AGREED WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REQUEST ADDITIONAL POSTAGE CHARGES TO COVER COSTS PRIOR TO THE ITEMS BEING DISPATCHED, OR TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND REFUND ANY MONIES PAID. SMALL GOODS UNDER 2 KILOS WILL BE SENT BY INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR SERVICE, BUT BUYERS SHOULD BE AWARE THAT THIS SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE TRACKING ONCE THE GOODS HAVE LEFT THE UK AND THAT THE ORDER IS THEREFORE SENT AT THEIR OWN RISK. AN EMAIL TO THE SELLER CONFIRMING THE BUYER ACCEPTS DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY IS REQUIRED.

Delivery of large items overseas may need to be arranged by the buyer. Courier and freight agents can be recommended by the seller on request. All responsibility  for the item/s is in the hands of the buyer including  any damage sustained during transit, airport holdups etc. It is recommended that the delivery agent crates the item for shipment and an insurance cover for the item is taken up with the shipping agent.
The seller accepts no responsibility for the item/s once the item has been collected.
The item/s should be collected by the courier/freight agents and inspected by them to insure the item is in good order before sending on to the buyer. Size & weight of the package can be estimated but may differ when the item/s are packaged and made ready for collection.

When a U.K. buyer is used to send on to someone else whether U.K. or overseas it is understand that all responsibility is with the U.K. buyer including checking for  damage and shortages/incorrect goods . The after sales service only applies  to the U.K. buyer making the purchase at the registered delivery address used  for the transaction.

GOODS IN U.K.TRANSIT:
ITEMS DELIVERED BY COURIER OFTEN HAVE STANDARD TRANSIT INSURANCE COVER OF £50. FURTHER COVER UP TO £500 MAY BE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST FOR AN EXTRA CHARGE. IF COVER IS A CONCERN CHECK WITH US BEFORE PURCHASE. PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THAT CERAMICS AND GLASS ARE NOT INSURABLE WHILE IN TRANSIT BY ANY COURIERS
LARGER ITEMS ARE PACKED IN STURDY BOXES AND DAMAGE IS RARE BUT BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY. BUYERS ARE ADVISED TO PURCHASE ONLY IF ABLE TO FULLY INSPECT THE GOODS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT AS MOST COURIERS REQUIRE NOTIFICATION OF TRANSIT DAMAGE WITHIN THIS TIMESCALE.

IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF GOODS DAMAGED WHILE IN TRANSIT NOTIFICATION MUST BE EMAILED WITHIN 24HRS OF RECEIPT. DAMAGE TO PACKAGING MUST BE NOTED WHEN SIGNING FOR THE DELIVERY.
BUYER TO SEND PHOTOGRAPH/S OF ANY DAMAGE TO
allbelle@btconnect.com AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. ALL PACKAGING (INTERNAL & EXTERNAL) MUST BE KEPT FOR THE COURIER TO INSPECT DURING THE CLAIM PROCESS AND/OR FOR USE WHEN RETURNING THE ITEM.

RETURNS:
READ DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY. AGREED EXCHANGE OF GOODS ARE SUBJECT TO POSTAGE AND HANDLING CHARGES. CANCELATION OR AMENDMENTS TO ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHARGES
.RETURNS MUST BE NOTIFIED IN WRITING WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT AND RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT. RETURN ADDRESS MAY VARY ACCORDING TO THE ITEM AND MUST THEREFORE BE CONFIRMED ON REQUEST BY EMAIL. BUYER TO PAY ALL RETURN COSTS. REFUNDS FOR GOODS RETURNED MAY BE SUBJECT TO THE DEDUCTION OF ORIGINAL POSTAL & PACKING CHARGES AND A 20% ADMIN/RESTOCKING FEE (Minimum Charge of £1).
RETURNS WILL NOT NORMALLY BE ACCEPTED ON BESPOKE ITEMS I.E ITEMS MADE UP TO ORDER SUCH AS READY TO HANG DROPS.
WHEN CONSUMERS EXERCISE THEIR RIGHT TO CANCEL THEY ARE UNDER A DUTY TO TAKE REASONABLE CARE OF THE GOODS AND RESTORE THEM TO THE SUPPLIER IN THE CONDITION RECEIVED. REFUNDS WILL BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF RETURNED GOODS.
When returning  items advice seller of dispatch details having checked for delivery address
 and  to safeguard a refund, ensure you employ a fully tracked signed for delivery service.
